  • How do I submit an architectural change request?
    1. Sign in to TownSq 2. Select "Architectural Review" from the menu 3. Select Submit Project and complete the form. The PDF below walks through this process.
  • How do I pay my account through the mail?
    Detach the coupon included with your billing statement and mail it with your check or money order. Please make all payments payable to The Trails of West Frisco Community Association Inc Mail these to: The Trails of West Frisco Community Association Inc. c/o Associa Principal Management Group of North Texas PO Box 563 Kemp, TX 75143 It is important that you include your account number on your check to ensure proper and timely posting. All payments are posted by the date received. Also, we do not accept postdated checks and will not be held responsible for the processing of such.
  • How do I create an account on the TownSq portal?
    Go to the TownSq Sign-up page Enter your HOA account Number, zip code, First Name, & Last Name. Click Continue & follow the steps. If you need assistance obtaining your account number, contact Associa at (214) 368-4030 or ntxcustomercare@associa.us. Office Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM M-F.
